高稳定性磺酸介孔分子筛催化合成乙酸正丁酯 被引量:1

摘要 以乙酸和正丁醇为原料,磺酸介孔分子筛为催化剂,经酯化反应可制备乙酸正丁酯。结果表明,磺酸介孔分子筛的催化活性接近浓硫酸,高于HZSM-5和ZrO2/SO42-超强酸催化剂;最佳酯化反应条件为:温度120℃,时间2 h,正丁醇/乙酸摩尔比1.1∶1.0,催化剂质量分数4.0%。在此条件下,乙酸转化率可达70.83%;催化剂重复使用4次后,催化活性无明显降低。 The n -butyl acetate was prepared by esterification reaction with n- butanol and acetic acid as materials, sulfoacid -supported mesoporous molecular sieve as catalyst. The results showed that the activity of the catalyst was near to sulfuric acid and higher than that of HZSM -5 and ZrO2/SO4^2-. The optimum reaction conditions were temperature 120 ℃ ,time 2 h, n - butanol to acetic acid ( mole ratio) 1.1: 1.0, mass fraction of catalyst 4.0%. Under these conditions, the conversion of acetic acid could reach 70. 83%. The activity of the catalyst had no obvious drop after it was reused 4 times.
