摘要
目的 建立测定藤络宁胶囊中东莨菪内酯含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。以ZORBAXRX SIL(15 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm)为色谱柱 ;流动相 :正己烷 二氯甲烷 甲醇 浓氨水 (2 0 0∶2 0 0∶12∶1) :检测波长 :34 9nm ;流速 :1.0mL·min-1。结果 东莨菪内酯的加样回收率平均为 98.0 2 % ,RSD为 1.98% (n =6 )。结论 试验结果表明 ,该方法准确、灵敏度高 。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of scopoletin in Tengluoning capsules. METHODS: Zorbax RX-SIL column was used. The mixture of n-hexane-dichloromethane-methanol-ammonia (200:200 :12:1) was used as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 349 nm and the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS: The mean recovery of scopoletin in Tengluoning capsules was 98.02 % (RSD = 1.98 %) (n = 6). CONCLUSION: The results showed that this method was reliable and accurate.
