摘要
从毛叶丁公藤(Erycibe hainanesis Merr.)藤茎中共分得5个化合物。利用光谱和化学方法鉴定为:东莨菪素(scopoletin)(1)、东莨菪甙(scopolin)(2)、包公藤甲素(Baogon-gteng A)(3)、包公藤丙素(Baogongteng C)(4)和凹脉丁公藤碱(erycibelline)(5)。衍生物(4m,5m,5ma)为新的莨菪烷化合物。本文报道了它们的光谱数据和理化常数。毛叶丁公藤可作药用丁公藤(Erycibe obtusifolia Benth.)的代用品,也是新缩瞳剂包公藤甲素的植物资源之一。
Five compounds have been isolated from the stem of Erycibe hainanesis Merr.They were identified as scopoletin (1),scopolin (2),baogongteng A (3),baogongteng C (4) and erycibelline (5) by spectral analyses as well as chemical methods.The derivatives,4m,5m and 5m a are new tropane compounds,their spectral data and physical constants are reported in this paper.Erycibe hainanesis Merr.may replace Erycibe obtusifolia Benth.as a medicinal herb,and it is yet one of the plant resources of new myotic baogongteng A.
