摘要
本文首先从理论的角度为内外贸易的统一寻求理论支持—来自新兴古典贸易理论的解释。然后,从行政管理体制的分设和内外贸易企业分业经营两个角度分析其历史、现状及弊端。接着阐述了内外贸易统一的必要性和迫切性。最后从行政管理体制和企业发展战略两个角度对内外贸易的同业经营提出具体策略。
At first,this article seeks for supports for the combination between foreign trade and domestic trade at theoretical angles-the explanation coming from new classic al trade theory.Then,it analyzes th e history,presentation and shortco ming of both the diversification of administrative management departm ent and the diversification of foreign trade company and domestic trade c ompany.Furthermore,it dis-cusses the necessity and urgency of combination between foreign trade an d domestic trade.At last,this artic le gives the real strageies about the combiation between foreign trade an d domestic trade.
