摘要
在全球化背景下,中国保税区之间已经呈现出明显的竞争态势,客观分析和评价保税区的发展水平与竞争潜力,对于保税区的发展、调整及转型具有重要意义。在中国开放程度最高的保税区中,交易效率与保税区经济增长之间存在正相关,交易效率指数越高,人均工业增加值也越高。交易效率在很大程度上决定着某一国家或地区的经济发展状况。因此,可通过提高保税区交易效率水平来促进保税区经济的持续快速发展和成功转型。
According to globalization, there is an tendency of competition among Chinese free trade zones. Therefor, it is very important to objectively analyse and estimate development level and potential competitive power of free trade zones. This analysis and estimate is necessary of free trade zones＂ development, adjustment and transformation. This paper is formed on new classical trade theory to achieve positive analysis and estimate of free trade zones＂ development level through structure index system of free trade zones＂ transaction efficiency
