摘要
组建综合商社,有利于统筹规划和协调我国商品流通业的发展,有利于推动我国经济体制的深化改革,有利于规范贸易秩序,实现规模经济效益,有利于提高企业的筹资、融资能力,有利于加强企业获取信息的能力,有利于产业结构的调整与优化升级。加快组建我国综合商社可借鉴日韩经验,采取政府推进模式,以专业外贸企业为基础,推进现代化企业制度建设,加快贸易体制改革,推进金融体制改革,加快国有企业资产重组步伐,实现我国内外贸一体化发展。
Setting up a comprehensive company is favourable to overall plan and coordinate the development of our country＇s circulation of commodities. It＇s favourable to promate the deepening reform of our economic system, also standardize trade orger and carry out scale economic benefit. It＇s favourable to improve the capacity of raising funds of enterprises, strengthen the ability of gaining imformation, and adjust our industrial structure. Quicken setting up our comprehensive, and adopt the form of government promoting. Based on internal trade enterprises, promote the system construciton of modern enterprises, quicken the system reform of trade and realize the development of internal and external trade integrating.
