New Second-order Learning Algorithm for Neural Networks and Its Application

摘要 针对 BP算法和 Karayiannis的二阶学习算法存在的不足 ,提出多层前向网络的新型二阶学习算法。该算法具有二阶收敛速度 ,其计算量与通常的递推最小二乘法相当。 A new second order recursive learning algorithm is presented. The algorithm is equivalent to Newton iterative method and has second order convergent speed. It achieves the recurrence calculation of Newton search divections and the inverse of Hessian matrices. The analysis and application results show the efficiency of the new algorithm.
