摘要
研究了等离子喷焊Co-Cr合金与45钢间结合层的组织结构。结果表明,结合层由异相复合和单相(脱碳)两个亚层组成。异相复合亚层很薄,只有几个微米,它由非晶和微晶以及少量分布不均的Cr-Fe复合碳化物组成,硬度较高(HV>500);脱碳亚层-单相薄层是由于基材次表层中碳向液态金属扩散所致;喷焊特征层包括铸造技晶亚层(较厚)和细晶粒亚层。
The bonding layer of plasma spray welding of Co-Cr alloy on 0.45%
C steel was observed to consist of two layers: the several μm only thin sublayer
and the decarburized sublayer. The former is composed of amorphous and micro-
cpetalline phases together with small amount and uneven distributed complex Cr-Fe
alloy carbides. Its hardness is greater than HV 500 under 200g load. The later is
formed by diffusion of C from subsurface of the substrate to the liquid matal pool.
The characteristic welded layer consists also of two sublayers of thick columnar
casting dendrites and fine grains.
