摘要
采用LMY500激光加工系统在45钢表面熔覆Co-Cr合金涂层,利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜分析了熔覆层的形貌及组织特征,优化激光熔覆的工艺参数。结果表明:在一定工艺参数条件下,熔覆层组织致密,晶粒细小,排列规整,与基体呈冶金结合,硬度显著增大,提高了材料的耐磨性。
Co-based alloy layer was laser cladded on 45 steel surface by LMY500 laser processing system. The microstructure of the cladding layer was characterized using OM, SEM. The results show that under a certain process parameters conditions, the cladding layer is compact, grain is fine, arranged in regular, and has metallurgical bonding with matrix, and the hardness increases. The wear resistance of the material is improved.
