关于金属扩散实验新方案的研究

摘要 反映固态金属中原子的扩散现象,加深学生对金属扩散理论的理解,目前的金属学教学中有待于进一步健全“金属扩散实验”。使用高熔点的合金渗锌剂,在可以获得反映铜金属中原子显著扩散的多相薄层组织的条件下,能大大地缩短铜渗锌工艺时间。本文在此实验结果及其分析的基础上,对铜渗锌扩散实验内容进行了详细的讨论与设计,最终为金属学教学中关于“金属中原子扩散”实验提供了新的实施方法。 The deffusion experiment of solid metals' used currently in teaching subject 'Physical Metallurgy' needs to be further improved so the students can get a good un- derstanding of the diffusion theory on solid metals by means of studying the phenomena of atomic diffusion in metals. In order to show the atomic diffusion in solid copper outstandingly, a new solid zinc-alloy impregnating agent, which has high con- tent of zinc and also high-melting point, was used for zinc impregnation of copper and the polyphase diffusing layers, produced by the diffusion of zinc and copper atoms. was obtained in a very short time in these experiments. On the basis of the above re- sults. the paper discussed the content of above experiments in detail and last recom- mended a new method to carry out 'the diffusion experiment of solid metals' served the teaching subject 'physical metallurgy
