摘要
本文通过透射电镜分析,仔细研究了 Si-Mn-V 钢低、中碳马氏体中自发回火碳化物析出类型及稀土元素的影响。研究结果表明:低、中碳马氏体自发回火组织中,既有ε-相,又有θ相析出,二者可以同时并存。稀土元素可以抑制低碳马氏体淬火过程中自发回火ε-碳化物的析出,减少自发回火θ相的析出数量,降低其自发回火程度。但在中碳马氏体中,稀土元素却提高了其自发回火程度,且不影响自发回火碳化物的析出类型。
By using TEM and microhardness test,an investigation is madeon the type of precipitated carbides for low and medium carbon martensitesduring auto-tempering and the effect of rare earth element on the precipitation.Result shows that in low and medium carbon maltensite of Si-Mn-V steels,both e and θ carbides precipitation may be happened during auto-tempering.The rare earth elements in low-carbon martensite can inhibit the precipitation ofε carbide,and decrease the precipitated quantity of θ carbide and the extent ofauto-tempering.However,in medium-carbon martensite,the rare earth elementscan raise the extent of auto-tempering and does not affect the precipitated typeof auto-tempering carbide.
