形变量对马氏体组织低温回火过程的影响 被引量:3

Effect of deformation on martensite microstructure during low temperature tempering

摘要 采用热模拟试验机对45钢淬火态试样进行低温热变形回火处理,探究形变对中碳马氏体组织回火过程的影响。使用维氏硬度计对形变后的试样硬度进行了测量;利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对其组织变化进行了分析,并通过能谱检测表征其成分特点。结果表明:形变处理加快了马氏体组织的回火过程,并使回火马氏体的硬度提高;形变促进马氏体低温回火过程中过渡态的ε碳化物向稳定的θ碳化物转化;随形变的增大,回火马氏体中的晶粒细化程度越高,晶粒内部的位错密度越大,形变量达到30%时出现明显的晶粒细化现象;保压状态晶粒有增大趋势,消除了加工硬化的影响,导致硬度值降低。 In order to investigate the effect of deformation on the tempering process of medium carbon martensitic microstructure,low temperature thermal deformation tempering test was carried out on the quenched 45 steel samples.The hardness of the processed samples was measured by Vickers hardness tester and the microstructure was characterized by means of OM,SEM and EDS.The results show that deformation promotes the tempering process of martensitic microstructure and increases the hardness of tempered martensite;low temperature deformation boosts up transformation from the transitionεcarbide to stableθcarbide in martensite;with the increase of deformation,the trend of grain refinement in tempered martensite increases,which could be obviously observed in the sample deformed by 30%,as the dislocation density in the grain increases.The grain growth in the stress-holding process weakens the influence of work hardening and reduces the hardness value.
