摘要
本文讨论了退火工艺对铜-硬铝(LY2M)爆炸复合板的组织和性能的影响。结果指出,为保证该双金属的剪切强度不低于验收标准,加热温度以不高于400℃为宜,保温时间为0.5 h即可。退火后,结合区出现金属间化合物中间层,是影响这种爆炸复合材料力学性能的基本原因。
This paper briefly describes the influence of annealing process on the structure and property of Cu-LY2M composite plate formed by explosive welding. The results denoted that to pledge the shearing strength of the peate to be not lower than standardization, the annealing temperature is ≤400℃ and the time is 0.5h. The basic cause influenced on the annealled plate property is the intermetallic compound middle lamella in binding region.
