摘要
介绍了用爆炸焊接法研制 Au-Ag AuNi-CuNi 三层异形触点材料的工艺、组织和性能。指出,爆炸焊接是生产此类复合触点材料的一种好方法,而应用这类材料能显著地改善触点的加工和使用性能,节省稀贵金属。
The fabrication of three-layer special-shaped contact material Au-AgAuNi-CuNi by explosion welding method is described with special references given to the process as well as to the structures and properties of the produ-ct It is pointed out that the explosion welding method is a good process for fabricating such a material because it can significantly improve the fabrication and application properties of the contact material and help save rare and precious metals.
