摘要
用爆炸焊接窗口的下限获得的微小波状界面的爆炸焊接复合板,才能实现轧制,而大波状复合板本身存在一定的微观缺陷,在轧制时因分层而使轧制失效。对1Cr18Ni9Ti/20g爆炸焊接+轧制复合板结合界面的组织、强度和性能测试表明:热轧板结合界面的抗剪和分离强度虽比爆炸态略低,但伸长率、冲击韧度都大大提高,轧制复合板的耐蚀性能也没有降低。其各项性能指标都符合有关标准。
The cladding plate, which is obtained with low limit explosive charge in explosive welding, can be rolled. It will be notrolled for big wavy cladding plate because of micro defeats in it. The microstructure, strength and property of bonding interface in thecladding plate of 1 Crl8Ni9Ti-20g are tested. The tests make clear that the bonding strength of cladding plate of hot rolling are nothigher than that of explosive welding, and all kinds of properties are fit for GB 6396-7 and GB 8186-7.
