The Application of Induction Heating on Welded Long Rail

摘要 本文叙述了焊接长钢轨全长淬火后的性能及使用效果。焊接长钢轨经全长淬火后,其强韧性、抗磨耗、抗剥离、抗波浪磨耗及耐疲劳性能等都有显著提高,其使用寿命至少可延长1倍以上。焊接长钢轨焊接后焊缝的正火处理以及淬火轨焊接后接头的欠速淬火,可提高焊缝的综合性能,保证焊缝周围硬度与母材硬度的一致,避免接头在使脂过程中产生下陷,从而可延长焊接长钢轨的使用寿命。 This paper deals with the properties and service life of the welded long rail. that has been heat treated. The result shows that the strength and toughnessowear reistance, resistance of spelling and corrugation, fatigue properties are increased. The service life of heat treated rails are prolonged about two times The normalizing of welded joint of welded long rails and the slack quenching of rail joint can improve comprehensive mechanical properties and the hardness of the joint and the matrixisis is kept homogeously. Therefore the welded long rail may increase life due to the elimination of end batter.
