摘要
多智能体组织与传统组织在运作机理、组织方式和适用领域等多方面有着显著的不同,因而其与环境的关系也有着不同于传统组织理论的内涵与要求,并由此导致了不同的组织环境管理观。多智能体组织的环境作为组织运作的媒介、条件和共同构成的更大系统的一部分,一定程度上决定了组织运作的效果。因此,研究多智能体组织环境的内容与特点,对该类组织的设计及其环境管理具有重要理论意义。本文从单智能体的生存环境和多智能体的沟通环境两个方面,讨论多智能体组织环境的内涵、遵循原则和对智能体活动提供支持的内容,探讨影响多智能体组织环境构成的因素。
Multi-agents organization is different from traditional organization in operating mechanism,organizing form,adopting fields and so on.Thus the relationship between multi-agents organization and its environment is different from that of traditional organization,which induces different environment management reviews.Multi-agents organization's environment is media on which the organization relies,and part of system consisting of agents,and it influences the organization's effectiveness.To investigate contents and characters of multi-agents organization's environment is important theoretically and practically for organization designing and managing.This article discusses meaning,required principles and supplied supports of multi-agents organization's environment in views of survival and communication,and probes into the environment's and related factors.
