摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,如何合理确定与有效控制工程造价 ,对实现建设工程项目的预期经济效益和社会效益至关重要。从投资估算、初步设计概算、施工图预算、工程承包合同造价管理四个方面论述了工程造价的合理确定 ,从建设工程造价控制目标的设置、投资决策阶段、建设项目设计阶段、工程项目实施阶段。
From the four aspects such as the investment budget , preliminary desig n estimate budget, working drawing estimate and the cost management of construct ion contract, the author discusses how to rationally determine and effectively c ontrol the project cost to implement the expected economic and social benefits o f the construction items under the condition of socialism market economy. At the same time, discussions on how to control the project cost effectively are also given from the five aspects below: the installation of construction project cost control target, the stage of investment decision, the design phase of construct ion item, the execution stage of project and the value engineering application.
