摘要
全国各地大型医院改扩建热情高涨,卫生健康事业高质量发展,提升当地医疗卫生环境,提供患者更好的就医体验。在新冠疫情过后,医疗部门对院感的要求越来越严格,建设较早的手术室经历常年的使用,无论是从经济角度还是患者就医安全性的角度看,对手术室的改造迫在眉睫。新工程需要采用新规范,老建筑套用新规范存在“硬伤”,难以完美的权衡医疗与建筑之间的矛盾。设计阶段作为工程造价控制的关键,在医院装修改造中更需要做到全过程的造价管理。
The enthusiasm for renovation and expansion of large hospitals across the country is high,and the healthcare industry is developing high-quality,improving the local medical and health environment and providing patients with better medical experiences.After the COVID-19 epidemic,the medical department has become increasingly strict in terms of infection control.The operating rooms built earlier have been in use for many years,and from both economic and patient safety perspectives,the renovation of operating rooms is urgently needed.The new project needs to adopt new specifications,and the old buildings cannot be used with new specifications,which will have"hard injuries"and cannot perfectly balance the contradictions between medicine and architecture.The design stage is a key stage for controlling the cost of the project,and it is even more important to do full-process cost management in the hospital renovation and reconstruction.
