摘要
本实验室曾在离体或整体动物实验证明,酪氨酸有抑制hCG致孕酮生成作用。为了进一步观察酪氨酸的抑制作用不需要垂体参与,我们使用去垂体后24小时的大鼠实验。结果证明,大鼠去垂体后,酪氖酸仍有抑制hCG致孕酮生成的作用。这表明在整体情况下。酪氨酸抑制作用的部位在卵巢,而不需垂体参与。
Tyrosine can significantly inhibit progesterone secretion induced by hCG in the ovary both in vivo and in vitro. From our Previous experiments we tentatively proposed that the effect does not need the Participation of the pituitary. In the present report the inhibitory effect of tyrosine on hCGinduced progesterone production was reexamined in hypophysectomized rats. The results showed that progesterone production could be evoked by hCG in hypophysectomized rats , while 0.9% NaCl had no effect. However, the hCGinduced production of progesterone was significantly blocked by tyrosine in the hypophysectomized rats. It is believed therefore, that tyrosine acts at the ovary level, and the pituitary gland is not essential for the tyrosine inhibitoryeffect to occur.
