摘要
用体外细胞培养的方法及放射免疫分析技术,观察L-苏氨酸对大鼠黄体细胞3β-羟-甾体脱氢酶(3β-HSD)活性的影响。结果显示,L-苏氨酸可明显抑制黄体细胞3β-HSD活性,而且在L-苏氨酸拮抗hCG致孕酮生成作用中,3β-HSD活性显著降低,提示L-苏氨酸可通过对3β-HSD活性的作用而影响卵巢黄体孕酮生成。
Previous studies in our laboratory showed that Lthreonine could not only inhibit hCGinduced and oxytocininduced progesterone production in the ovary in vitro,but also suppress progesterone secretion by human placental trophoblastic cells in vitro.In order to investigate the active mechanism of Lthreonine,we studied the effect of Lthreonine on 3βHSD activity of rat luteal cells in vitro by RIA.The results showed that 0.2mmol/L and 2.0mmol/L Lthreonine significantly inhibited 3betaHSD activity and hCG induced 3betaHSD activity.It suggests that 3βHSD might constitute an important site of action of Lthreonine during progesterone production affected by Lthreonine.
