摘要
我们采用黄体细胞孵育的方法,观察了内皮素-1对离体黄体细胞孕酮生成的影响。发现内皮素-1能抑制黄体细胞孕酮的基础分泌及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)刺激下的孕酮分泌。内皮素-1加入孵育的黄体细胞悬液15分钟后,即发生明显地抑制孕酮分泌作用(P<0.01)。人内皮素-1的抗血清能反转内皮素-1的上述作用。实验结果提示,内皮素-1可能为一种卵巢内调节肽,它通过抑制黄体细胞的孕酮生成。
The effect of endothelin- 1 on progesterone production by incubated rat luteal cells wasstudied in the present investigation, Endothelin-1 could inhibit the basic progesteroneproduction(10-7mol / L, p<0.05) and the progesterone secretion induced by hCG(10-9mol / L,P<0.05)from rat luteal cells. The beginning time is 15 min.The effect of endothelin-1 could be prevented speciallyby endothelin-1 antiserum.This study shows that endothelin-1 combines with its special binding sites onthe luteal cells, which leads to the decrease of progesterone production and suggests that endothelin-l isan intra-ovarian regulatory factor and is involved in the process ofcorpus luteum involution.
