摘要
近年来，社会认知模式已成为研究工作、教育、运动领域中成就动机和成就行为的基础，这种模式集中于对成就活动中决定个体认知与行为方式的成就目标定向的分析。本文在参考国外有关研究资料的基础上，对成就目标定向理论的来源、建构，成就目标定向的测量以及相关问题进行了论述。
In recent years, social cognitive approach has been the basis of achievement motivation and achievement behavior research in the fields of work, education and sports. This approach focuses on the achievement goal orientation which determines peoples cognitive ability and behavior patterns in achievement activity. Based on lots of papers and new research results, this paper reviews the development and other related aspects of achievement goal orientation theory, points out some significant managerial implications in organization, and offers some suggestions for the future research directions of achievement goal orientation. \ \
