摘要
成就动机是近代心理学研究的重要课题之一 ,不同的研究者对成就动机这一行为的内部推动力有不同的解释 ,并采用了不同的研究方法加以研究。通过对有关成就动机的不同理论及相关实验研究的分析、归纳 ,以期揭示成就动机研究的发展规律 ,为深入研究成就动机理论提供依据。
The studies about achievement motivation were an important topic in the modern psychology researches.Psychologists had some different interpretations on the achievement motivation as a inter motive force to behaviors though some different research methods.This paper analyzed and induced a number of theories and experimental researches about achievement motivation,aimed to reveal the rules of development on achievenent motivation and provide scientific basis for the study in a deep going way.
