摘要
哲学视野中的人格是人的主体性在主体身上的集中表现，是人作为活动主体的一种资格。人格随着主体对象性活动而发展和转变。在改革开放和现代化建设中应摈弃附属人格、无为人格、中庸人格。现代人格的特征应当是自主自强、开拓进取、惜时高效和面向未来。现代人格建构是一个复杂的系统工程：社会主义市场经济是培育现代人格的优良“土壤”；社会主义的民主政治是现代人格成长的最佳“气候”；健康的文化环境是现代人格培养的必要条件。
From the view of philosophy, personality is the concentrated manifestation of man's subjectivity on the subject itself, it's the qualification of man as active subject. Personality develops and changes with the objective activities of the subject. In the process of reform and opening to the outside world, in the construction of the modernization, we should cast away the subsidiary personality, the nonaction personality and the mean personality. The characteristics of the modern personality should be independent and strong, pioneering and aggressive, to treasure time and be effective, and to face the future. The construction of modern personality is a complex systematic project: the socialist market-oriented economy is the perfect soil to foster modern personality; the socialist democratic politics is the best climate to form modern personality ; the healthy cultural environment is the necessary condition to cultivate modern personality.
