摘要
目的 :探讨补髓生血冲剂抑制慢性再生障碍性贫血 (CAA)造血细胞凋亡的机制。方法 :应用电镜观察 CAA患者骨髓组织造血细胞的凋亡情况 ;应用原位末端标记法检测补髓生血冲剂治疗前后患者骨髓造血细胞凋亡阳性指数。结果 :电镜下易见 CAA患者骨髓造血细胞的凋亡现象 ;治疗前 CAA患者骨髓造血细胞凋亡阳性指数显著高于治疗后 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :补髓生血冲剂有一定的抑制 CAA骨髓造血细胞凋亡作用 ,这可能是补髓生血冲剂的疗效机制之一。原位末端标记法检测细胞凋亡可作为监测 CAA疗效和预后的一个方法。
Objective:To observe the mechanism of the treatment to chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) with the soluble granules of Busui Shengxue(补髓生血冲剂).Methods:The apoptosis of hematopoietic stem cell of CAA were observed by the electron miscroscope (EM).The positive exponent of the apoptosis of hematopoietic stem cell of CAA before and after the treatment with the soluble granules of Busui Shengxue were examined by the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferasemediated dUTP nick endlabeling (TUNEL).Results:Under the EM large amount of the apoptosis of hematopoietic stem cell in the marrow of CAA were showed.The positive exponent of the apoptosis of hematopoietic stem cell of CAA before the treatment with the soluble granules of Busui Shengxue was remarkably higher than that after treatment( P <0 05).Conclusions:The effective base of the soluble granules of Busui Shengxue may be inhabit excessive apoptosis of CAA.The method of TUNEL for examining apoptosis of hematopoietic stem cell can be used to supervise the currative effects and judge the prognosis in patients with CAA.
