摘要
研究了新试剂2-(1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(TZAPN)与V(Ⅴ)的显色反应。Ⅴ(Ⅴ)在pH6.0~7.5的范围内与TZAPN形成稳定的紫红色络合物,其组成比为V(Ⅴ)∶R=1∶2,最大吸收波长位于540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.62×104,V(Ⅴ)在0~40μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。在氟化铵和硫脲存在下,方法具较高的选择性,用于铝合金和合成水样中V(Ⅴ)的测定,结果满意。
In this paper,the condition of color reaction of 2-(1,3,4-triazolylazo)-5-diethylamino phenol with vanadium are reported.Results show that the new color reagent reacts with V(Ⅴ)to form a stable purple red complex 1:2 in the presence of NH 4Ac (pH7.0).The absorption maximum and apparent molar absorptivity are 540nm and 2.62×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 respectively.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-40μg V(V) per 25ml.The selectivity of the reaction is improved by the addition of NH 4F and thiourea as masking agents.The method has been applied to the determination of vanadium in aluminium alloys and synthesis water sample with satisfactory results.
