摘要 目的 以临床资料验证比较 SRK- II公式、SRK/ T公式和 SCDK公式的准确性。方法 选择 380只老年性白内障眼 ,术后 3个月以上测量眼轴长度、角膜屈光度、眼屈光度 ,将测量值分别代入 3个公式计算平均绝对屈光误差值 ,比较 3个公式的准确性。结果 在眼轴长度小于 2 6 mm时 ,3个公式计算的平均绝对屈光误差值相差不大。眼轴长度大于2 6 m m时 ,SRK- II公式的平均绝对屈光误差值为 1.42 D,SRK/ T公式误差值为 0 .84D,SCDK公式误差值为 0 .89D;屈光误差值大于 2 D者 ,SRK- II公式为 15 .5 3% ,SRK/ T公式为 4.74% ,SCDK公式为 5 .2 6 % .结论 在眼轴长度大于2 6 m m时 ,SCDK和 SRK/ T公式准确性明显高于 SRK- II公式 ,SCDK和 SRK/ T公式的准确性相差不大 ,均高于 SRK-II公式。 Objective To compare the accuracy of SRK II formula, SRK/T formula and SCDK formula.Methods A retrospective series of 380 senile cataractous eyes having undergone cataractous surgery were selected for study. The axial length, corneal power, refraction were measured three months later after surgery. The mean absolute refractive error of the three formulas were calculated using the values measured.Results There was no difference in the accuracy of the three formulas when the axial length was less than 26mm.In the group with the axial length above 26mm, the mean absolute refractive error of SRK II formula ,SRK/T formula and SCDK formula were 1.42D,0.84D and 0.89D,respectively. The percentage of the eyes with prediction error greater than 2D was 15.53% in SRK II formula, 4.74% in SRK/T formula and 5.26% in SCDK formula.Conclusion SCDK formula and SRK/T formula are more accurate than SRK II formula when the axial length is above 26mm ,and the accuracy of SCDK formula is the same as SRK/T formula.
