摘要
目的观察高度近视眼的光学相干断层扫描(opticalcoherencetomography,OCT)的图像特征。方法对屈光度≥-6D,眼轴≥26mm的69眼进行OCT、A/B超、部分行眼底荧光血管造影检查,对高度近视眼的不同的OCT图像进行分析。结果高度近视眼的OCT图像表现为五种,第一种与非高度近视眼相似的正常OCT表现;第二种色素上皮不均及增厚;第三种神经上皮层间的裂隙样光学空间形成;第四种黄斑下新生血管膜形成;第五种黄斑部的板层裂孔及全层裂孔。结论OCT能精确的显示高度近视眼的不同的病理改变特征,特别是对神经上皮的层间分离眼提示高度近视眼的获得性视网膜劈裂。
Objective To observe the macular image characteristics of optical coherence tomography in high myopia.Methods Sixty-nine eyes whose degrees≥-6D and axises oculi≥26mm were examined by OCT,A /B scan,a nd some of them were examined FFA.The OCT image difference of high myopia was analyzed.Results The OCT image of high myopia showed five different pattens.The f irst type of OCT showed normal image,the second one showed that retinal pi gement epithelium were irregular and thickened the thi rd one showed an hyporeflective space splitting the neuroretina,the forth one showed sub-maculal neovascularization,and th e last patter of OCT showed macular hole formation including,lamellar hole and full-thickness macular hole.Conclusions OCT can preciously show the differen t pathology changes of high myopia,e specially it can show macular retinoschisis in highly myo pic eyes.[
