摘要
目的 探索适合于高度轴性近视眼的人工晶状体计算公式。方法 选择 176只高度近视合并老年性白内障眼 ,应用SAS统计软件多元回归分析 ,得出新的回归公式 ;另外选取 80只眼 ,以SRK Ⅱ公式作为对照验证新公式的准确性。结果 新的回归公式 (SCDK公式 )的矫正值在眼轴长度为 2 6~ 3 0mm和≥ 3 0mm时分别较SRK Ⅱ公式的矫正值多 -0 96和 -0 49。以验证资料计算 ,SCDK公式的误差较SRK Ⅱ公式小。结论 新的SCDK公式准确性较SRK Ⅱ公式高。
ObjectiveTo explore a new intraocular lens(IOL) power calculation formula which is more accurate in high myopia.Methods176 highly myopic eyes having undergone cataractous surgery were selected for study.A new formula was obtained based on the multiple regression analysis of the 176 eyes by SAS statistical software.80 highly myopic eyes having undergone cataractous surgery were selected for verification.SRK Ⅱ formula was selected as contrast to verify the accuracy of the new formula.ResultsThe results showed that the new formula named SCDK formula was divided into two parts according to axial length.Compared with the SRK Ⅱ formula,the corrected value in the SCDK formula was more by -0 96 for axial length of 26?mm to 30?mm and -0 49 for axial length above 30?mm.In the verification group,the mean absolute refractive error and the prediction error greater than 2?D of the SRK Ⅱ formula is higher than that of SCDK formula.ConclusionThe SCDK formula is more accuracy than SRK Ⅱ formula in high myopia.
