摘要
目的 :了解不同剂量白细胞介素一 2对降低 CA复发率的作用。方法 :电灼法清除全部皮损后 ,全身应用 IL- 2。结果 :10万 u/ d、 2 0万 u/ d、 5 0万 u/ d、 10 0万 u/ d IL- 2治疗复发性 CA后 ,复发率分别为 75 .0 %、 5 5 .6 %、 37.5 %、 2 1.4%。结论 :清除局部病灶后静脉给予 IL- 2治疗 ,能有效地降低 CA的复发率 ,且随着剂量的增大 ,疗效更为显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) )
Objective: To compare the effect of treating condyloma acumintum (CA) in different dose of IL-2.Methods: 68 recurrent CA patients were treated with IL-2 after clear all the eruptions with electric cautery.There were four ways to use IL-2 :group one, received subcutaneous injection with 1×10 5 of IL-2 every day; while group two ,with 2×10 5 of IL-2 every day, and group three received intravenous injection with 5×10 5 of IL-2 every day ,group four ,intravenous injection with 10×10 5 of IL-2 every day.Results: The recurrence rate of 4 groups are 75.0%,55.6%,37.5%,21.45%.Conclusion: It suggested that IL-2 in way of constitutional treatment could decrease recurrence rate of recurrent CA . And,the curative effects of large dose IL-2 are better than that of the small doses.
