摘要
目的探讨微波与微波术后联用白细胞介素-2(简称IL-2,下同)治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法对比2004年以来我院皮肤科门诊治疗的148例外阴尖锐湿疣患者,分微波组107例单纯应用微波治疗,微波术后局部注射IL-2组者41例。结果单纯应用微波总有效率为84.1%;微波术后局部注射IL-2治疗总有效率95.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访6个月,微波组复发率达70.1%;而微波术后局部注射IL-2复发率仅为7.3%,两组相比,存在显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论微波治疗术后再应用局部注射IL-2的方法治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果优于单纯应用微波治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the united utihzation of microwave plus interleukin-2 on condyloma acuminatum cases. Methods 107 condyloma acuminatum cases were treated with microwave and 41 cases were treated with microwave plus interleukin-2. Results The results showed the efficiency of microwave group was 84.1%,the efficiency of microwave plus interleukin-2 group was 95.1% ,the recurrence rate of microwave group was 70.1%, the recurrence rate of microwave associated with interleukin-2 group was 7.3%. Conclusion The effect of microwave plus interleukin-2 on condyloma acuminatum was better than microwave alone.
