摘要
目的 对比观察IL 2不同给药方式加用微波治疗对尖锐湿疣 (CA)疗效。方法 本文应用白介素 2 (IL 2 )局部 (Ⅰ )组或静脉注射 (Ⅱ )组方式 ,加微波治疗 89例尖锐湿疣患者 ,同时采用双抗体夹心酶扩大敏感免疫检测 (ELISA)技术检测CA患者治疗前后血清IL 2水平。结果 所有CA患者IL 2水平均低于正常 ,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组治疗后血清IL 2水平均有上升 ,其中以Ⅱ组上升显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,且Ⅱ组CA复发率明显低于Ⅰ组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 全身静脉注射IL 2联合微波治疗CA可降低复发率。
Objective To compare the effect of treating condyloma Acuminatum(CA) in different ways using IL 2 partial microwave.Methods 89 CA Patients were treated with IL 2 and microwave.There were two ways to use IL 2:partial injection(Group one) and Intravenous injection(Group two) in the same time,IL 2 in serum was tested with ELISA before and after treatment.Results The level of IL 2 in CA patients was lower than that of normal.It increased after treatment in both of group one and two,It was significantly higher in group two than that in group one(P<0.01).The rate of recurrence droped significantly in group two than it did in group one (P<0.05).Conclusion It suggested that combination IL 2 in way of Intravenous injection and mirowave therapy could decrease recurrence rate of CA.
