摘要
目的 为制定中国男性血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法 收集了中国 976个单位用温氏法测定的 785 60例健康成年男性血沉参考值 ,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法 ,研究了其与地理因素的关系。结果 发现海拔高度是影响男性血沉参考值最主要因素 ,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大 ,男性血沉参考值逐渐减小 ,呈显著负相关关系 (r1 =- 0 .61 0 )。用逐步回归分析的方法建立回归方程 ^Y =1 3.32 - 0 .0 0 2 39x1 + 0 .0 4 99X4± 6 79。结论 如果已知中国某地的地理因素 ,则可用回归方程估算这个地区的男性血沉参考值。
Objective This paper is written in order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese men's orythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Methods This research was made to find out the relationship between the reference value of 78560 Chinese healthy men's ESR and 5 geographical factors in 976 places in China, which were determined by the way of wintrobe laws, by using the method correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results It was found that altitude was the main factor affecting the reference value of Chinese men's ESR.As the altitude increase gradually,the reference value of Chinese middlescent men's ESR decrease gradually,the correlation was quite obvious ( r 1=-0.610 ).Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis,regression equation was =13.32-0.00239 X 1 +0.0499 X 4 ±6.79. If geographical index values were obtained in some areas, the reference value of Chinese men's ESR of this area could be reckoned using regression equation.Conclusion Furthermore, according to the similarity of the reference value of Chinese men's ESR,taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering effects of other geographical factors and population distribution,it can be divided into 6 regions.
