摘要
目的:为制定中国成年人血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法:收集了中国 976个单位用温氏法测定的 78560例健康成年男性血沉参考值,收集了中国915个单位用温氏法测定的57571例健康成年女性血沉参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与海拔高度的关系。结果:发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,成年人血沉参考值在逐渐的减小,相关性很显著(r1=-0.610,r2=-0.556)。用回归分析的方法推导出了二个回归方程。结论:如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度,就可以用回归方法估算这个地区的成年人血沉参考值,依据成年人血沉参考值与海拔高度的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区,中部区,东部区等三个区。
AIM: To supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese adult's ESR. METHODS:a research is done about the relationship between the reference value of 78560 Chinese healthy adult men's ESR and altitude in 976 areas in china, and 57551 Chinese healthy adult women s ESR and altitude in 915 areas in china. which are determined by using the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis. RESULTS: It is found as the altitude increases gradually, the reference value of Chinese adult's ESR decreases gradually, the correlation is quite obvious(r1 = - 0. 610, r2 = ~ 0. 556). Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, two regression equations are given out.
