摘要
综合评述了几十年来在金属材料加工中利用振动的若干理论和试验成果。主要包括振动拉伸、振动切削、振动剪切、振动轧制的试验和工程应用情况。对振动加工的机理问题进行了探讨 。
In this paper, a synthetical review is drawn based on the theoretical and experimental results of the utilization of vibration in the metal deformation processes. Experimental conclusions and their industrial application are emphasized for vibration wiredrawing, vibration cutting, vibration clipping and vibration rolling etc.. The mechanism of metal vibrating process is also discussed. Some imperative research tasks are proposed in order to achieve more industrial utilization of vibration in metal deformation processes.
