摘要
拉拔模的弹性变形是影响拉拔精度的重要因素,但往往在拉拔成形中被忽略。采用有限元数值模拟技术,研究拉拔成形过程中拉拔模的弹性变形对成形精度的影响,为拉拔件的精密成形提供技术依据。
The elastic deformation of drawing die is an important factor which can affect the accuracy, but it is often neglected in draw forming. Based on the finite element simulation technology, the influence of elastic deformation of drawing die on the forming precision was studied during the draw forming, which provided the technical basis for the design of drawing die.
