摘要
为了深入研究振动切削中各因素对加工表面的影响,建立了低频振动切削实验系统.采用计算机控制的压电陶瓷为驱动元件的微驱动刀架作为振动源,对刀尖振动的幅值与输出电压之间的关系进行测量和标定,从而对振动切削的振幅进行修正;进行相同刀具几何参数条件下的低频振动切削实验和普通切削实验,得出不同的振动频率及切削速度对加工表面的影响,并与相同切削用量条件下普通切削实验相比较,在切削速度v满足v<vc=2πAf的关系时,才能达到振动切削的良好效果.
In order to study deeply factors of cutting surface effection in vibratory cutting,the experiment system of the vibration cutting with low frequency is tried and established.This system consists of a vibrating source-micro-drive tool holder powered by piezoelectric ceramic under the control of computer,and a feedback signal reading device for parameters of the real movement of the tool tip in order to correct the assumed theoretical parameters.In progress of low frequency vibration cutting and common cuttin...
