摘要
论述了不同性能胶辊、胶圈的纺纱特性、工艺配置及纺纱效果 ;以CJ 4.9tex纱为例 ,通过纺纱试验 ,探讨了纺制优质特细号纱的纺纱专件器材的优选组合及工艺的合理配置 。
The spinning characteristics, processing configuration and spinning effect of different types of Top Roller and apron are discussed. Taking CJ 4.9 tex yarn as an example, via experiment of spinning, the optimized combination of special spinning equipment and the proper processing scheme are discussed, the measures of reducing broken ends of superfine yarn are put forward.
