摘要
通过广泛调研 ,总结分析了国产胶辊胶圈存在的质量问题 ,以及与国外先进产品的差距 ,并从胶料配方、胶辊制作等方面提出了改进国产胶辊性能的建议 ,同时 ,对胶辊涂料也提出了改进建议 ,并指出了棉纺织企业皮辊间当前应抓的主要工作。
According to the widespread investigation & study,some problems on the quality of the domestic top roller and apron were summarized and analysed,the disparity with advanced products from aborad was pointed out,and some suggestions on improving the performances of domestic top roller in some fields such as glue formula,top roller manufacturing and top roller pigment,etc.,and the important work in status\|quo in top roller working room of cotton mills was pointed out.
