摘要
分析了不处理胶辊回性期、分散度、硬度及抗绕性等有关技术问题 ;指出要提高不处理胶辊的适纺性 ,应从胶料配方入手提高其抗静电能力 ,提高磨砺精度 ,以及降低生产过程中胶辊的磨损和变形。并对几种不处理胶辊的纺纱情况作了介绍。
Some technical points of non\|treatment top roller such as performance stabilization period,degree of dispersion,hardness and wind resistance were analysed.In order to improve the spinningability of non\|treatment top roller,we should improve the antistatic ability,raise the grinding accuracy and down the abrasion & deformation in production by optimuming the glue formula.The spinning effect of some non\|treatment top roller was introduced.
