人类疾病均直接或间接与基因有关 ,复杂性状的多基因疾病相关基因的定位和遗传分析是近年来医学遗传学研究的热点和难点。全基因组扫描策略在此发挥了重要作用。
The great majority of human diseases are directly or indirectly associated with genes. Gene mapping and genetic analysis for human complex polygenic disorders has become a hot spot and the neck of the bottle in the medical genetics research recently. The approach to genome wide search has played an important role in the respect.
