摘要
乌珠穆沁羊的椎骨数量变异是由于同源框基因Homeobox的一些对位点突变。占乌珠穆沁羊20%的14个胸椎个体和40%的7个腰椎的个体都属于多椎骨羊,以及3%的14个胸惟7个腰椎的多推骨羊等,都是Homeobox不同对位点的隐性突变纯合子、多胸椎和多腰椎基因的基因频率分别为0.45和0.63.基因型频率分别为0.2047和0.3967。在正常胸椎数(T13)和正常腰椎数(L6)的羊中,杂合子频率明显高于纯合子频率。多脊椎是乌珠穆沁羊的重要遗传特征。
The mutatants of Homeobox genes in Mongolian sheep were confirmedby counting the vertebrate numbers of the cervical,thoratic,lumbar zones.The normalvertebral column of the sheep was seven cervical,thirteen thoratic,six lumbar and foursacral vertebrae (C7:Tl3:L6:S4).About 20%of Mongolian sheep showed T14 and40%L7 in the axial skeleton. These sheep were all homozygous,but the phenotypesshowed incomplete penetrance(97.1%).The gene frequences of T14 and L7 were 0.45and 0.63 respectively.The homeobox genes related to T14 and L7 were Hoxa-5,Hoxa-6,Hoxa-11,hoxc-8,Hoxd-4,Hoxd-9and Hoxd-11
