摘要
利用稻壳灰与氢氧化钠溶液反应制得的硅酸钠溶液和硫酸反应得二氧化硅 ,再经酸洗 ,水洗 ,干燥和煅烧得高纯二氧化硅 。
Silica was prepared from the reaction between sulphuric acid and sodium silicate solution, which was produced from the reaction between rice hull ash and sodium hydroxide solution. The silica was treated with washing by acid and water, drying and sintering. Then the high-purity silica was abtained. The influences of various factors on the impurities in the high-purity silica was investigated.
