摘要 介绍了以稻壳为原料不经过生成水玻璃的中间环节而直接制备白炭黑(沉淀二氧化硅)的新方法,通过在稀盐酸中煮沸、干燥后,在一定温度下煅烧,可制得优质二氧化硅.对新方法制备二氧化硅的工艺条件进行了研究,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件:盐酸质量分数为3%,煮沸时间为4 h,煅烧温度为550℃.此条件下制得的二氧化硅与传统方法相比,工艺条件更为简单,成本更为低廉. The programs of preparing silicon dioxide from the rice husk were studied, which introduced a new method of preparing white carbon black from rice husk directly without producing water glass as the intermediate product. By boiling in dilute hydrochloric acid, drying and then calcining at a certain temperature, rice husk could be used for manufacturing high quality white carbon black. The optimal reaction conditions were determined:the concentration of hydrochloricacid was 3%, boiling time was 4 h, calcination temperature was 550℃. This new method was simpler and cheaper in cost than the traditional one.
