摘要
稻壳经适当燃烧产生煤气后可获得稻壳灰。利用碱与稻壳灰中所含二氧化硅反应,将其中大部分二氧化硅溶出,生成多孔性稻壳灰进而可制备活性炭。现研究了影响活性炭质量的多种因素。实验结果表明,在最佳条件下所得活性炭产品质量符合国家产品标准。
The gas can be produced by burning rice hull and the remained hull ash can be used to make active carbon.The paper studied the factors,which influence active carb on quality and the result shows that the product quality is conformed to the standard under the optimum condition.
