摘要
研究了山苍子愈伤组织的诱导和培养 .结果表明 :在以MS培养基为基本培养基的条件下 ,在一个较宽的生长素浓度范围内 ,均可诱导发生山苍子的愈伤组织 ;不同类型的植物激素以及激素的不同浓度对愈伤组织发生有一定影响 ,6-BA 2 .0 + 2 .4-D 2 .0是较理想的组合 .pH值在 5 .3～ 5 .8之间的适合山苍子愈伤组织发生 .
According to the result of the experiment of the study of Litsea cubeba callus′ induction culture,callus is induced easily from explants with a wide range of auxin(2,4-D and NAA) in combination with proper cytokinin concentration in MS medium.Different types of plant hormone and its different concentration have some effect on the growth of callus.The medium with 2,4-D 2.0+6-BA 2.0(mg/L) is the optimized one for callus growth.The favorable pH of the medium is in the range of 5.3～5.8.
