摘要
潼关 10 0 0m3 s水位升高并居高不下的主要原因是近年来黄河汛期来水急剧减少造成的。由于在短期内难以增加来水量 ,解决问题的方法应该主要集中于降低坝前水位。打开最后两个导流底孔、增加汛期水库敞泄的时间、减少非汛期蓄水量和解除黄河发生百年一遇洪水时三门峡水库拦洪的任务等 ,是目前可能实施的一些方法。与汛期巨大的来沙量相比 ,疏浚的泥沙量相对很小 。
The main cause of the raising of water level at Tongguan Station is the rapid reduction of the incoming runoff to the Sanmenxia Reservoir.Due to the difficulty to increase the inflow in recent years,the measures for solving the problems should be concentrated to lowering the water level in front of the dam of Sanmenxia Reservoir.Opening the last two diversion outlets,keeping longer time interval of free flow in reservoir in flood season,reducing impounding water in dry season and canceling off the duty to retain flood during the occurrence of a 100\|year flood in the Yellow River are the possible measures we can take in recent years.As the amount of dredging sediment is quite small in comparison with the natural sediment load in river,the dredging at local reaches in the reservoir is hard to be affective.
