摘要
本文根据三门峡水库建库前后的水沙变化 ,特别是近年来沙量减少、泥沙粒径变细 ,以及近年来入库水量尽管大量减小 ,而三门峡库区河道及潼关以上相当长度范围河段比降并没有明显增加的事实 ,说明水沙条件变化不是导致近期潼关高程居高不下的唯一原因。分析降低潼关高程的可能性时 ,必须全面分析这些因素的变化。单独强调目前入库水量减少而否定潼关高程降低的可能性是不正确的。即使在 1 986年以后入库水量大量减少的条件下 ,库区、渭河下游和小北干流下段仍然属溯源淤积性质。溯源淤积的根源是下游壅水。所以 ,降低潼关高程的必要条件是降低三门峡水库的运行水位。
It is shown that high stages obtaining at Tonguang in recent years are not so lel y due to changes in the influxes of flow and sediment to Sanmenxia Reservoir.The re was no apparent increase in the slope of the river within the reservoir area,nor in that of the reach of the Yellow River u pstream of Tongguang,despite the said changes in the influxes of water and sediment to the reservoir.It has been particularly noted that the sediment entering into the reservoir has become finer while its quantity decreas es.In forecasting the possible lowering of the stages at Tongguang,one must take the changes of these factors all into account.To single out the decrease in water influx alone as the factor preventing the lowering of the Tongguang stages is incorrect.Even in the years after 1986 when the influx of water to the reservoir was great ly reduced,depositions in Sanmenxia Rservoir, the downstream reach of the Wei River and the reach of the Yellow River immediately upstream of Tongguan all display the characteristics of retrogressive deposition .As is well known,retrogressive deposition is caused by backwater downstream.Therefore,in order to lower the stages at Tongguang one must lower the pool level of Sanmenxia Reservoir.
