摘要
从技术角度回顾了修井机从引进、消化、自行研制 ,直到目前修井机已形成系列产品 ,并具有一定的生产规模 ,其主导产品已向国外出口的历程 ;回顾了发展修井作业机在基础领域内及产品设计领域中所做的工作 ;对存在的问题进行了分析 ,提出了改进意见。随着液压元件可靠性程度的提高 ,认为应坚持开展液压修井机的研制 ;抓紧时间开展AC变频修井机新产品的开发 。
The paper retrospects the way of introducing, digesting and redesigning of workover rig from the view of technique,and now the workover rig has become serial production and come into mass production,and the dominant product has exported to overseas.The author reviewed the foundation work and product design of workover rig,and analyzed the deficiency and put forward the improving ideas,and also point out the developing trend of workover rig.As the hydraulic elements become more reliable,it is necessary to develop and manufacture hydraulic workover rig.In order to overtake the world advanced level of drilling and exploration equipment,the research and development of AC frequency conversation workover rig should put into effect.
